This tech tip is about deleting your inactive subscribers. The idea of deleting subscribers is a little scary but they are holding you back because they are engaging.
It can be so discouraging opening up Mailchimp and seeing that your campaign has only been opened by 50% or less of your audience. If you delete the subscribers that aren't opening your emails it improves your stats and makes way for new interested and engaged subscribers.
You don't have to delete the contact completely just unsubscribe them from your campaigns and contact them to ask if they would like to be subscribed. It might be the little push that they need.
